PROJECT DETAILS

This sprawling neighborhood in Belton, Texas features half acre to two acre lot sizes, rolling topography, and plenty of Central Texas greenery. 3A was approached by the ownership to provide marketing, branding, and design+build services for the community that ties together with the Entry Monumentation, Amenity Center, and trail systems on-site. This project is multi-phased, with the first phase lots expected to be completed May 2025.
