BRANDON SASSENBERG

Brandon Sassenberg began his career by founding a full-service pool company, later serving as President and CEO of Amenity Solutions and its sister companies, where he oversaw commercial contracting services across utilities, landscape, masonry, and more. With extensive experience in sales, business development, and executive leadership, Brandon now brings his expertise in planning and construction to 3A Development, focusing on innovative land development.

SWAMY DEVUNI

Swamy Devuni holds an MBA and has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. His passion for real estate led him to begin investing in commercial acquisitions in 2013. By 2015, he was developing master-planned communities, including residential and mixed-use projects. As founder of Latitude Investment Group, Swamy oversees a diverse portfolio, including a prestigious 400-acre wellness-focused mixed-use development in Manor, Texas. Through Latitude and AR Homes®, he brings an elevated lifestyle to Central Texas, creating opportunities for clients to build their dream homes on beautiful, expansive lots in prime locations.

ALESSANDRO GUTTILLA

Alessandro Guttilla began his career in architecture and design, earning a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. He has hands-on experience working with various firms on residential and commercial projects. Additionally, he has consulted with local developers in Michigan and Texas. With experience spanning from the entitlement phase through vertical construction, Alessandro brings a passion for community-building to his work, continually driving innovation in architecture and land development.
