HARVEST FARMS

A vibrant 164 townhome community in Temple, Texas, this project is aimed for young families and professionals in the area looking for affordable, elevated living. The community features an Amenity Center, dog park, Pickleball & Basketball courts, and creek-side trail system. 3A has worked with the ownership on marketing materials for the project and worked with the design and engineering team on site and unit plans. 3A is providing the Horizontal Development and Construction services for the community, with the first 25 units expected to be completed in July, 2025.
