CASTELLA COURT

This compact townhome community is located in the heart of Leander surrounded by four local schools. This project features 18 units in nine buildings that maintain the neighborhood scale of the area. 3A was responsible for providing the Horizontal Development on this site, packing multiple detention, retaining, and outfall structures within this smaller site footprint. The site was conveyed to the City and Client in October, 2024.
