BRANDON SASSENBERG
Brandon Sassenberg started a full-service pool company in 2009, and with that growth and success, expanded to serving as President and CEO of Amenity Solutions as well as its sister companies: Kyros Construction, Say Watt Commercial Electric, Outsiders Commercial Landscaping and Fluid Commercial Pools. Together, these companies provided commercial services such as general contracting, site work, utilities, landscape and irrigation installation, concrete, masonry, plumbing and electric work, design and planning. During this time, Sassenberg was responsible for all sales and business development in addition to executive leadership responsibilities. With years of experience and an extensive list of projects behind him, he now focuses on taking his planning and construction skills toland development. |
SWAMY DEVUNI
Swamy Devuni completed his MBA and has worked in the tech Industry for 15 years. With real estate as his passion, in 2013 he began investing in commercial real estate acquisitions. By 2015, Devuni expanded his experience in building and planning, to developing master planned communities; including residential and mixed-use development. Later, he founded Latitude Investment Group which currently manages a diverse portfolio of development projects. Devuni takes pride in driving a prestigious 400-acre mixed use development project in Manor, positioned to be one of the first wellness cities in Texas. Beyond that, he views his developments and AR Homes® building company as a means to provide an elevated lifestyle to his friends, family and customers by offering the opportunity to build their dream home on stunning, oversized lots in coveted locations throughout central Texas. |
